Rehearsal Dinner AV

Depending on the size of the venue, we customize this setup in order to accommodate the largest and smallest venues along the 30A corridor

  • 6’ or 8’ tripod projector screen (draped with black, white or Royal Blue)
  • BenQ Short Throw 3.5K Lumen projector
  • MacBook or PC computer for PowerPoint presentation
  • QSC or JBL powered speaker (sits hidden in AV cart in smaller venues)
  • Wireless Shure SM58 microphone for toasts
  • Yamaha Mixer
  •  Direct box with volume control for easy adjustment
  • All connectors required (VGA, HDMI, Mac Lightning/Thunder, 3.5 mm etc)
  •  AV cart (draped with black, white or Royal Blue)
  •  Technical Support for dry run several hours prior to event

Beach Wedding Ceremony AV

The beach can become loud and windy. We use this setup to assure that each of your family members and guests hear every syllable.

  • DC Powered Roland BA330 stereo PA system
  • (2) Sennheiser G300 DC Powered Lavalier microphones (one on officiant and one on groom)
  • Ultimate Stand tripod for PA system
  • On site technician throughout entire ceremony
  • Technician will play pre-ceremony music through iPod device and coordinate selected tunes for the processional with the wedding coordinator

Wedding Reception AV

 DJ’s and bands often fly into our area to perform for receptions. We can provide PA, staging and lighting for this .  Typically, we communicate with the band or DJ to find out what they need. The equipment needs are dependent on the venue and number of guests for your event.

Do-it-Yourself DJ Setup

Our most popular setup is the DIY DJ. This setup would occur at your reception venue a couple of hours prior to the ceremony. This setup is designed so that someone from your group can use a playlist (or multiple playlists). This is the basic equipment that would be used by a DJ but it is setup for easy operation by your groomsmen or guest.

  • (2) QSC K12 Full Range Speakers
  • (1) QSC 181 Powered Sub Woofer
  • (1) Yamaha Mixing console
  • (2) Ultimate Stand Tripods
  • (4) LED up lights for ambience and dance
  • (1) Shure SM58 wired microphone with on /off switch
  • (2) connections for multiple devices (iPhones etc)
  • All of the connections required
  • Safety taping
